Customer needed homeowners insurance on short notice to avoid closing date trouble.
How We Helped
We received a call from a frantic home buyer who was closing on a home in three days. They had contacted one of the popular national carriers, but felt that they were not getting the information they needed about the policy or pricing.
Time was a major factor in getting them the right information and a binder for their mortgage company. We were able to get out to see the house the same day and put together a policy that was not only better coverage, but a better price than they had been quoted. (They'll also get a better price on their auto policy when it renews!)
The customer was thrilled that we got them and the bank everything they needed so quickly and they also had a better understanding of what they were purchasing in the end.
