Pam has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years and with Finck & Perras in the Easthampton Office for about 16 years. The majority of her insurance career has been working in claims as an adjuster for insurance companies and a claim representative for insurance agencies.
When our commerical or personal lines clients have a loss, Pam is there to help them navigate through the claim process from start to finish. When they call to report a claim, she can answer any questions they may have about coverage or what to expect going forward.
A loss can be very confusing and sometimes frustrating and Pam is available to help with everything from paperwork, making phone calls and answering questions. From auto accidents to a total loss fire, she is there to help make a stressful event easier!
