Charissa Reilly
Charissa is originally from Easthampton, and happy to be assisting our clients and the local community
She began her career as a dance educator at a young age and holds a degree from Dance Masters of America via Kent State University. She then went on to raise a family. Charissa re-joined the workforce in 2014 in banking for approximately a decade, most recently as a Banking Center Senior Specialist. Although new to insurance, she brings her strong background in customer service. She enjoys getting to know her clients, problem solving and being a diligent contact for peace of mind.
Being a lifelong Eastamptonite, Charissa has been involved in the community and Easthampton Public Schools in various areas over the years. She volunteered in the schools throughout their children’s school career and served as the treasurer of the Easthampton Eagles Hockey Association during her youngest son’s high school years.
In 2010 she served on the Committee for better schools, ensuring the city a new high school, while also preserving its accreditation.
During her time working for the bank, Charissa was involved with donating her time to Kate’s Kitchen, Toys for Tots and Dress for Succes, among other organizations.
Outside of work, she is a passionate home cook and enjoys bringing happiness and love to those in her life through her food. She also loves music, going to breweries with her husband and friends, spending time with their four sons and their dog, Bruce Wayne.
