Finck & Perras Insurance Agency, Inc in Easthampton and Florence, MA is looking for a goal-oriented, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Account Manager. Responsibilities
- Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to shop renewals and provide a seamless client experience.
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be developing insurance quotes, helping clients round out their accounts, and issuing insurance documentation.
- Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be overcoming objections and maintaining client retention.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty License is Required
- 3+ years of Insurance Customer Service Experience is Required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- A team player who is goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Must be a self-starter with Agency Management Systems experience.
Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 Annually
