Greater Easthampton St. Patrick’s Committee annouces 2018 Award Winners
Genevieve & Patrick Brough will be part of the Holyoke St. Patrick's Day Parade this year as the Greater Easthampton St. Patrick's Day Committee, Shamrock Award Winners.
The The Greater Easthampton St. Patrick’s day Parade Committee: annouced the 2018 Awards at a meeting on Thursday December 7, 2017.
The GESPPC Awards promote individuals, organizations and businesses who have made extraordinary contributions to GESPPC, programs that exemplify the highest standards and organizations that have conducted activities to promote and expand GESPPC programs. Award winners serve as inspirational leaders to GESPPC: they embody the core values of The Irish community in the greater Easthampton area.
The award winners that will be representing Greater Easthampton at this year's Holyoke St. Patrick's Day Parade are as follows:
The 2018 GESPPC Marshal is: Maureen Sheehan of Southampton, MA
The Marshal of the Easthampton St. Patrick’s Parade Contingency is the highest honor given to a person of Irish ancestry. The Marshal displays Irish pride in every facet of their lives including support of the GESPPC.
The 2018 GESPPC Shamrock Award winners are: Genevieve & Patrick Brough of Finck & Perras Insurance Agency
This award is given to an individual(s), organization or business in appreciation for their generosity and support of the GESPPC.
The 2018 GESPPC Gallagher~Walker Award winner is: Dan Carey of Easthampton, MA
This award is given to a person who is very dedicated to this Committee and our Irish Heritage,
and reflects the same long standing dedication as Dan Gallagher and Dick Walker, two outstanding gentlemen, whom this award was named in their memory.

Genevieve and Patrick are honored to receive this award and look forward to marching in the Parade this March.
