COVID Protocols for Office Visits as of August 10th, 2021
First and foremost, THANK YOU ALL for working with us during the last 17 months as we continue to serve you. We really appreciate your patience.
Our offices have been back open to the public since June 2021.
While we have become very efficient at being able to conduct a large portion of your transactions via the phone and or email we have been excited to see customers in person.
We still suggest that if you need anything, that you start with a phone call to the office (Easthampton 413-527-3000 / Florence 413-584-1970) to see if we can handle the transaction this way.
With that being said, in the event you need to come into the office, we have established a few guidelines:
- We would prefer you contact the Account Manager in advance to set up a time to meet them. This will help speed up the process for you.
- As of 08/10/21 The City of Northampton has issued a "Mask Mandate" and the City of Easthampton has issued an "Advisory" that everyone, no matter their vaccination status, wear a mask when coming into the building.
- Your account manager will be wearing a mask when they meet with you inside the building.
- We can still meet with you outside if you prefer.
- We have set up areas where we will meet with customers in the building. This area includes a plastic barrier to protect you and our team.
