An update on our office opperations 08/25/20
As we continue to serve you, we really appreciate your patience as everyone adjusts.
As of 09/08/20 we will have a large majority of our team back in the offices. With that said, please note that our offices are still closed to foot traffic as we try and protect you and our team.
We have become very efficient at being able to conduct a large portion of transactions via the phone and or email. So if you need anything we highly recommend that you start with a phone call to the office (Easthampton 413-527-3000 / Florence 413-584-1970)
With that being said, AFTER you have spoken to someone, if there is something we absolutely cannot do via phone or email, we can set an appointment to meet outside the office for a limited amount of in-person interactions. These interactions will require you to at the very least wear a mask as our team will be wearing them as well. Interactions are intended to be quick and are for things like picking up a new registry transaction or collecting signatures. To drop off a payment or paperwork you can simply use the drop box or mail slot located at each office. If you require a receipt for a payment being made we can work to help with that as needed.
When you get to the office you will see a sign like this on the front door:

At this time there is no walk in traffic allowed into the office so the door is locked.
Upon arrival please call 413-527-3000 if at the Easthampton office and 413-584-1970 for the Florence office - It may take a few minutes to get through and we appreciate your patience.
Let the operator know what office you are in front of and who you are here to see.
If you are meeting with our team member outside, we require you wear a mask per CDC and local ordinance guidelines.
If you are here to make a payment or drop off paperwork there is a drop box / mail slot to the RIGHT you can use anytime.
