COVID-19 Update from the Finck & Perras team 3/19/20
As we continue to navigate the COVID19 Pandemic we want you to know that as your trusted insurance advisor we are here for you.
As we announced on 3/17/2020 we have reduced our staff in the offices and shut down both locations to all foot traffic. We have the ability to have a majority of our employees work from home so if you would normally email them, they should be able to reply. If you have called or emailed and for some reason you have not received a reply, we ask you send an email with any questions to info@finckandperras.com or call the office - As of today we continue to be open our normal business hours to meet your needs via phone or email.
There are many resources available to address your policy concerns online from our website www.insuringyourway.com. If you are looking for ways to file a claim without coming to the office, you can go to our claims page that includes a list of all carriers. For billing questions you can go to our Billing Page for a list of carriers or again, you can call our office for help.
Our carriers have contingencies to operate for most situations. All of our carriers are up and running and have their staff working remotely and are ready to help with whatever we need. Many of our carriers are also releasing statements regarding fears many of us have related to not receiving income and worries over paying their bills. The RMV at this time is open in a limited capacity. They highly suggest that you use their online services as they have only opened 8 locations across the state. https://www.mass.gov/orgs/massachusetts-registry-of-motor-vehicles . We have suspended our runner services to the RMV for our customers until further notice. Springfield is the only location in the immediate area for in person services.
